RESCUE HELICOPTER PILOT
EMS/SAR Instrument Rated

Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust

Expressions of interest are invited for the above position.

Applicants need to have a minimum of:

• 2000 hours (1500 helicopter) / 1500 PIC
• NZCPL(H) Unrestricted night and instrument ratings
• Able to live within 5 minutes of the base at Mechanics Bay, Auckland, NZ
• NZ residency
• A good level of physical fitness with a weight less than 85kg
• Be able to demonstrate an ability and keenness to work with sponsors, the general public and the media.

They should have as many of the following as possible:

• NVG Rating/Experience
• Twin engine rating (preferably BK117)
• Hoist and SAR experience
• Helicopter instrument rating and 50 hours IMC
• Good I.T. skills
